Matt Kniffin

Matt is a multi-instrumentalist, music teacher, and composer who loves helping people connect through music. He grew up surrounded by music and studied at Berklee College of Music. Today, he teaches piano, guitar, bass, and drums in a relaxed, mindful, and playful environment, tailoring each lesson to the student’s individual interests and goals.

Matt believes music is less about perfection and more about curiosity, connection, and having fun. He also composes his own music through Zen Bass, an ongoing creative project that explores the power of music through bass guitar, composition, and the craft of creating music.
