American Music School Policy

Lesson Cancellation Policy:

A 24-hour notice is all we need to cancel and reschedule your lesson!

Permanent Discontinuation of Lessons:

A 14 day notice is required to discontinue lessons. There is no contract to take lessons at AMS, so you are able to start and stop whenever you would like. The tuition will be prorated for whenever you begin and end.

Makeup Lesson Policy:

We are happy to schedule a makeup lesson for any class that is canceled with at least 24-hours notice. We are unable to schedule makeup lessons is if the student is a no-call no-show. This is because we still need to pay our teachers for their time if they come to teach your lesson.
